This aggressive form of brain cancer was diagnosed in August 2025, and news of his passing was confirmed on September 9, 2026.

Fans of anime will remember Mike for his incredible range and talent. He provided the English voice for Buggy the Clown in One Piece, Master Roshi in Dragon Ball, and Jean Kirstein in Attack on Titan. His performances brought laughter and energy to these shows for years, leaving a lasting mark on the community.
