One Piece Grand Gourmet Is A Chaotic Restaurant Simulator

Hey everyone, if you love cooking sims and pirates, you need to hear about One Piece Grand Gourmet. This new game comes from Kairosoft and Bandai Namco Entertainment. The story starts when Sanji and Luffy discover that a fake Baratie restaurant is running around making terrible food and ruining their good name. Sanji decides to fight back by building a brand new restaurant to serve hungry people from all over the world.

You start out near the East Blue and handle everything except the cooking itself. Sanji and your crew automatically handle the food prep while you expand the dining area, place tables, set up decorations, and send Luffy out to find lost crew members. Over four hundred characters from the series show up as customers. You can talk to them, give them gifts, and eventually recruit them to work for you.

The gameplay moves at a super fast pace with tons of recipes to unlock and areas to decorate. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially since the user interface has some confusing menus and buttons. There are also a few minor performance slowdowns and visual fuzziness when zooming in, but the fun charm completely makes up for it.

Longtime fans will get a huge kick out of seeing all the classic character interactions and references. If you do not know the series well, the massive wave of information might feel a bit wild, but the core restaurant management loop is still a total blast.
