Keanu Reeves Stars in New Action Franchise Kill Current

Keanu Reeves is officially moving into a new action thriller franchise. He will star as the lead character, Jon Hendricks, in an upcoming film titled Kill Current. This project is based on a new novel written by Oliver Lowe.

The film will be produced by Erik Feig’s studio, The Arena. Keanu Reeves is also taking a behind the scenes role, producing the movie alongside Alexandra Grant through their production company, Two Dragonflies.

Fans of John Wick will be interested to hear that this is not meant to be a one off movie. The team behind the film intends for this to be the start of a brand new action series. We look forward to seeing what Reeves brings to this character.
