In a recent interview, joint CEO Michał Nowakowski shared that the studio never seriously considered charging players who already own the game. The team treated the remaster as a natural way to modernize the ten year old title for modern hardware without asking for extra money from loyal supporters.

The remastered version is scheduled to launch on September 29, 2026.
