Composer Caisheng Bo recently shared that the team is crafting the score before the actual enemies are even finalized. This means the combat encounters are being built to match the rhythm and tone of the music instead of the other way around.

Creative director Qiwei Liang gave the music team total freedom during this process. Instead of sticking to strict guidelines, the team was told to simply provide inspiration. By focusing on the atmosphere of the tracks first, the developers hope to create battles that feel perfectly synced with the emotional intensity of the game.
