Mike Flanagan's Carrie Trailer Drops Ahead of Prime Video Release

Horror fans have a big date to mark on their calendars because Prime Video just shared the first official trailer for the upcoming Carrie television series. Created by Mike Flanagan, this eight episode adaptation brings a fresh take to Stephen King's very first published novel. Instead of just copying what came before, Flanagan is expanding the story of Carrie White and digging deeper into the intense pressures she faces in her daily life.

The entire series is set to drop all at once on October 7, 2026. Viewers in over 240 countries and territories will be able to binge every episode on the exact same day. This binge friendly release style means fans can experience the whole chilling journey in one sitting.

Mike Flanagan is well known for his incredible work on other horror hits, so expectations are sky high for this new project.
