LINE Manga Introduces Official AI Chats With Your Favorite Characters

LINE Manga has officially launched a new AI feature called byUs. This tool allows readers to chat directly with characters from popular series and build their own personalized stories. It is a fresh way for fans to interact with the comics they love on one of Japan's biggest digital platforms.

What makes this special is that every character and story element has been approved by the original authors. Some creators have even written exclusive content just for this feature. This ensures that the personality of each character stays true to the source material while you explore new scenarios.

The feature officially rolled out on October 22, 2026. If you have ever wanted to talk to your favorite protagonist or influence a plot, this gives you a direct way to participate. It is a big step for interactive storytelling in the manga space, and it will be interesting to see how authors continue to add to the platform.
