Glass Eye Pix Announces GEP CON Horror Celebration in NYC
Get ready for a deep dive into forty years of indie horror history at the first official Glass Eye Pix fan event this November.
manhwa.newsHorror fans have a big date to mark on their calendars. Glass Eye Pix is hosting its very first fan convention, called GEP CON, to celebrate four decades of independent filmmaking. The event takes place on November 7, 2026, at the Ideal Glass Studio in Manhattan.
The studio was founded by Larry Fessenden back in 1985 and has been a staple of the indie horror scene ever since. This one day event runs from noon until 11 PM. It will be packed with a pop up shop, an exhibition of rare film memorabilia, and special screenings of classic titles.
Fans attending the event at 9 West 8th Street can look forward to a full day of live entertainment and celebrations of the company's long history. It is a rare chance for supporters of independent cinema to see the props and stories behind some of their favorite cult films up close.
