Fans Are Asking Palworld Developer to Buy Mass Effect

It seems the community behind the hit game Palworld is very passionate. John Buckley, who leads communication for developer Pocketpair, recently shared that he received nearly 30 messages from fans. These players are urging the studio to purchase the rights to the Mass Effect series from Electronic Arts following reports about the future of BioWare.

The requests started circulating online after fans became concerned about the potential cancellation of upcoming projects in the science fiction series. While the idea of a studio known for creature collection games taking over a massive space opera is certainly unexpected, it shows how much players care about their favorite stories.

For now, this remains just a fan request. Pocketpair has not announced any plans to acquire major established franchises. It is always interesting to see how players dream of saving their beloved series when studio news takes a turn for the worse.
