Dave Bautista May Need to Bulk Up Again for God of War Role

Dave Bautista is officially set to play Kratos in the live action God of War series on Prime Video. This is a massive casting announcement for fans of the game who have spent years speculating about who could possibly step into the shoes of the Ghost of Sparta.

However, there is a small catch. Bautista recently went through a significant physical transformation, losing 34 kg to lean out his frame. While the actor looks great, the iconic look of Kratos requires a much larger and more muscular build. He may need to focus on gaining some of that size back to capture the character's intimidating presence on screen.
