__Age of Death:__ 13 Hanako is a ghost haunting the old building of Kamome Academy. He resides on the third floor female bathroom, in the toilet of the third stall. He governs over the Seven Mysteries as School Mystery Number 7. Hanako's real name is Yugi Amane. He attended Kamome Academy as a student and his goal was to become an astronaut and go to the moon someday. He was to become a science teacher at Kamome Academy as an adult, but his future changed for unknown reasons. He ended up with the fate of killing his own twin brother, of dying as a kid, and of then becoming one of the Seven Mysteries to protect the students and to fulfill their wishes in order to atone for his sins. It is hinted multiple times that Hanako has romantic feelings for [Yashiro](https://anilist.co/character/128652/Yashiro-Nene), and that he is madly in love with her. He confesses his love to Nene Yashiro and gives her a kiss.
