Aniimo Edges Past Palworld in Steam Player Counts

It looks like the popularity race on Steam is heating up. Recent data from SteamDB shows that Aniimo has managed to pull ahead of Palworld in current active player numbers. At the time of the latest update, Aniimo had 64,697 players online compared to the 64,351 players currently enjoying Palworld.

This shift is interesting because the two titles have very different reputations among the community. While Palworld maintains a very strong positive rating of over 93 percent from nearly half a million reviews, Aniimo sits at a 72 percent positive rating across roughly 25,000 reviews. Fans have been quite vocal about Aniimo's monetization, making this player count surge a surprising development for many observers.

It is important to note that these figures are just a snapshot in time. With both games fighting for attention on the Steam charts, we will be watching to see if Aniimo can hold this lead or if Palworld will reclaim its spot as the more popular title in the coming days.
